Our Office will verify the reason for your visit, complete the intake process, and schedule your appointment with a Specialist.

Please log in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and ENABLE both your camera and microphone.  Your Specialist will join you at your scheduled appointment time.  A $35 fee will be applied to all late and missed appointments or late

cancellations (appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.). To help remind you of your upcoming appointment, we will send reminders via text or email.  If need be, you will have the opportunity to cancel your appointment by replying to any of these reminder messages.

*Insurance and Associated Fees

We must collect any self-pay fees and/or co-payments that your insurance may require at the time of your visit.

Our Specialists can help with the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases and tropical diseases.  No matter what you are facing we are available from wherever you are by phone and video conferencing.

  • Select the TELEMEDICINE icon, on the home page

  • Enter your name and you will be placed in a virtual waiting room

  • Turn on your camera and microphone

  • Our specialist will join you at your scheduled appointment time ​
